The core story is based on the play Joy Maa Kali boarding remake of Biwi Aur Makan. This movie has already been remade in Marathi as Ashi Hi Banwa Banwi. It had also been released in Kannada as Olu Saar Bari Olu, and yet again in Hindi as Paint Guests.

A group of four friends including Ananta, Sujoy, Ananda and Rajasankhar Dhol who are engaged in different professions share a close bond. Ananta, a fashion photographer lives in a rented house, which is owned by Khogen Mal; in a standout turn of events, ask the friends are forced to live together at Ananta’s rented home. Their peaceful life is disrupted when Khogen catches then red-handed doing mischief with his third wife Tola Boudi and forces then to vacate.

The main cast comprises of Jishu Sengupta, Soham Chakraborty, Hiran Chatterjee, Bonny Sengupta, Payel Sarkar, Koushani Mukherjee, Srabanti Chatterjee and Rittika Sen in active lead roles. Kharaj Mukherjee and Rajatava Dutta starred in supporting roles.



The music album has Jio Pagla Title Song, party song, and one romatic song included. the music has been directed by Jeet Ganguli, and the lyrics have been penned down by Prasenjit Mallick. SVF Music holds the music rights of this Bengali drama. Hawai Hawai sung by Dev Negi and Monali Thakur is a beautiful song.
